AccidentsMatter was cofounded in 2002 by Corinne McCullough and Chris Crisostomo.
All of our Claims Consultants are licensed paralegals, certified to deal with the WSIB and WSIAT. They bring extensive knowledge in areas such as policy, Claims Administration, Revenue, Classification processes and Return to Work Programs. They have a solid understanding of WSIB corporate structure, culture and processes.
In short, with each having over 25 years of WCB/WSIB experience, they speak the language of WSIB.

Corinne McCullough, AccidentsMatter cofounder
Corinne had a successful 30 year professional career with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. (WSIB) She is one of the co-founders of AccidentsMatter. Most recently, she became a licensed paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Throughout her WSIB career, she held progressively responsible positions from Claims Adjudicator, Claims Training Specialist, to the Director of a Service Delivery Unit for the last 13 years of her employment with WSIB.
Her Directorship brought her the experience of sucessfully leading hundreds of staff, in the management of all claims in the Toronto North region and all of the claims with accidents pre-dating Jan 1, 1990 throughout the province of Ontario.
Chris Crisostomo, AccidentsMatter cofounder
Chris had a successful 26 year professional career with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). She is also a co-founder of AccidentsMatter. Most recently, she became a licensed paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada
Chris began her successful career as a Claims Adjudicator and progressed to more responsible positions such as Claims Training Specialist, Assistant Director of the Small Business Sector and the Interim Director of Central Ontario East region, Agricultural and Automotive Sectors.
Her roles as the Assistant Director/Director brought her success in the initial setting up of the Sector and leading staff to deliver excellent service to their clients in a wide variety of situations and industrial sectors.
Vince Rabbito
Vince Rabbito is a University of Toronto Alumni, a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator by the University of Windsor, licensed paralegal, and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Vince joined the WSIB in 1977 and enjoyed a successful 29-year career. He held progressively responsible positions, and eventually worked as an Appeals Resolution Officer for 14 years. He gained an excellent reputation and the confidence of both WSIB management and external stakeholders due to his effective interpretation and application of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and WSIB policies and procedures.
